Meeting Special Requests: No Problem

It is not rare for a client to approach me with special requests. Some are itemized in a PDF file in order to ensure the marketing department has made it abundantly clear what their expectations are while others are just an afterthought; an important one though!

Here is a recent example. I was asked in the initial inquiry if I can replicate the look of an attorney firm's current website. I did not think this would be a problem at all and went to the website to have a look at what their current images looked like. Each portrait on the bio page had a headshot that was taken between two blue walls in a corner of some kind. I asked where they were photographed, thinking I'd be answered with something like, "Oh that's just in our office." In this situation, however, the photographs on the website were created in a different state altogether. Could I still replicate the look? Of course!

I arrived at the firm's Las Vegas location and set my subject in a corner. The walls were not the same color as the website but with some post processing magic, I replicated the look and texture of the background and it will match beautifully on the client's website.
